I read a lot of reviews before going to AAMCO on Pike Street—most were very positive, though a few people had some bad experiences. I wasn’t planning to write a review myself, but after my encounter with Roman, I felt like I had to share. Roman was extremely professional and always on top of things with me. I know they’re busy, so I wasn’t calling or nagging constantly—but I never had to. Roman either texted or called me with updates, which made a very stressful time much more manageable. He was clear, honest, and explained everything in a way I could understand. No games, no runaround—just straight answers. He was an open book the whole time, and that gave me real peace of mind. I 100% recommend AAMCO on Pike Street, especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Roman. Great service!
It’s so rare to find a shop that makes you feel calm about car issues, but AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care did just that. From the way they explained things to the quality of their work, I felt taken care of. My car drives like it’s brand new.
